Talk to us before you commit to anything

We would rather answer your questions now than have you apply for something that turns out not to fit. There is no sales sequence and nothing is automated — a person reads what you send.

Where to start

Three ways in, depending on where you are

Ask a question first

Fees for a particular platform and account country, what is in stock, whether your business is a fit, or anything else you want answered before you apply.

The application is free, takes a few minutes and commits you to nothing. It is also the fastest route to a real answer, because we can see what you want to run.

Getting a useful answer

What to tell us

Availability and rates depend on the platform and on where the account is registered, so a question without that detail can only get a vague answer. Include these six and we can be specific first time.

  • The advertising platform. TikTok, Meta, Google or Snapchat, and the account country you want it registered in.
  • What you are promoting. The product or service itself. This is what decides whether a vertical is restricted, and it is the answer that most often changes ours.
  • Your target countries. Where the advertising will run, which is not always where your business is registered.
  • Expected monthly spend. A rough figure is fine. It decides which package fits and whether an agency account is worth it for you at all.
  • Your website or landing page. The actual URL you would advertise. Platforms review the destination as closely as the ad, so this is the fastest way for us to spot a problem early.
  • Preferred account type. If you have a preference on the account country, or need more than one account, say so — it affects what we can offer and how quickly.

Asking about fees for a specific platform and account country? The published rates are on the pricing page — worth checking before you write, since it may answer you faster than we can.

Applying? Have these ready

About your business

  • Business details, or your own if you advertise as an individual
  • A website or landing page you intend to advertise
  • What you sell, and the markets you sell into
  • Verification documents where the platform requires them

About your advertising

  • The platform you want to advertise on
  • Target countries
  • Expected monthly advertising spend
  • Creatives, or a clear description of what you plan to run

Nothing here is required to ask a question — it is what speeds up an application once you decide to make one.

Spending at volume?

Agency and volume terms are agreed case by case. Tell us the platforms, the markets and roughly what you run each month, and we will come back with terms rather than a brochure.
