Privacy policy
Last updated 1 August 2026
This policy explains what information AF Technologies FZE (“AF Ads”, “we”, “us”) collects when you use our advertising account management platform, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It applies to this platform and the services delivered through it.
Who we are
AF Technologies FZE operates this platform as an advertising services provider. We obtain advertising accounts from partner agencies and make them available to our clients, alongside wallet, top-up and reporting tools.
Our registered address is United Arab Emirates.
For any question about this policy or your information, contact us at support@afads.tech.
Information we collect
We collect the following, all of it provided by you or generated by your use of the platform:
- Account details — your full name, email address, phone number, country, and a securely hashed version of your password. We never store your password itself.
- Business details — your company’s legal name, registration and tax numbers, website, industry, address and contact details.
- Advertising account applications — the information required by the advertising platform to open an account, which may include your business details, the products or services you advertise, landing page addresses, estimated monthly spend, and platform identifiers such as a TikTok Business Center ID, Meta Business Manager ID, Facebook Page, Google Ads customer ID or Snapchat organisation ID.
- Documents you upload — for example a business licence, trademark or brand authorisation, proof of page ownership, or proof of payment.
- Financial records — your wallet balance, deposits, top-up requests, fees charged, payment references, and the full transaction history behind them.
- Advertising spend data — spend recorded against the advertising accounts assigned to you, entered by our staff or imported from a report.
- Support correspondence — the tickets and messages you send us.
- Technical records — your IP address, browser type, and sign-in and activity records kept in our audit log for security and accountability.
How we use your information
- To review your registration and decide whether to approve your account.
- To apply for, open and maintain advertising accounts on your behalf.
- To operate your wallet: calculating fees, reserving and settling funds, and keeping an accurate transaction record.
- To show you reporting on your advertising accounts and spend.
- To respond to your support requests and send you service notifications.
- To detect and investigate fraud, abuse and security incidents.
- To meet our legal, accounting and tax obligations.
We do not use your information for advertising to you, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with data brokers.
Who we share it with
We share information only where it is necessary to deliver the service:
- Partner advertising agencies — where an account is supplied through a partner agency, we pass on the details that agency and the advertising platform require to open and maintain the account.
- Advertising platforms — TikTok, Meta, Google and Snapchat receive the information required by their own application and policy review processes, and their handling of it is governed by their own privacy policies.
- Our hosting provider — the platform and its database run on servers in the United Kingdom.
- Professional advisers and authorities — where we are legally required to disclose information, or need to establish or defend a legal claim.
Where your information is stored
The platform and its database are hosted in the United Kingdom. Because advertising platforms and partner agencies operate internationally, information relating to an advertising account application may be processed in other countries, including outside your own.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and business information for as long as you have an account with us.
Financial records — wallet transactions, top-ups, fees and the underlying ledger — are retained after an account closes, and are never altered or deleted. This is deliberate: they are an accounting record, and we are required to keep them. Where you ask us to delete your data, we remove what we can and retain only these records for as long as the law requires.
How we protect it
- Passwords are stored using a slow, salted hashing algorithm and are never recoverable in readable form.
- All traffic between your browser and the platform is encrypted in transit.
- Sign-in sessions are stored as irreversible hashes rather than as usable tokens.
- Access is limited by role, so staff can only reach the records their job requires.
- Sensitive actions are recorded in an audit log that cannot be edited or deleted.
No system can be guaranteed completely secure, but we take these measures seriously and review them as the platform develops.
Cookies
We use an essential cookie to keep you signed in. It contains no personal information and is required for the platform to work. The public pages of the website also load Google Analytics, which sets two cookies so we can see which pages are useful and where visitors arrive from; it does not run once you sign in, so nothing you do inside your account reaches it. We use no advertising or retargeting cookies. Our cookie policy lists each one and explains how to refuse the analytics cookies.
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request a copy of the information we hold about you, to have it corrected, to have it deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, and to complain to your local data protection authority.
Most of your information can be viewed and corrected directly in your dashboard under Profile & security. For anything else, contact support@afads.tech and we will respond as quickly as we reasonably can.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page, and where the change is significant we will tell you through the platform.
