Acceptable use policy

If what you advertise falls into any category below, get written confirmation from us before you promote it. Not after the account is funded, and not after the creative is made — a campaign rejected at that point has already cost you the production, and in some cases costs you the advertising account as well.

Asking is free and quick. Say what you sell, where you are targeting and what your landing page is, and we will tell you whether it can be run and what you would need.

The following are restricted or high risk on some or all platforms:

• Financial services and investments
• Cryptocurrency and digital assets
• Gambling and betting
• Adult content
• Tobacco, nicotine and vaping products
• Weapons
• Pharmaceuticals, supplements and health products
• Employment offers and income opportunities
• Counterfeit and replica goods
• Political advertising

This list is not exhaustive. Anything restricted by the relevant advertising platform, or by the law of the country you are targeting or operating from, is also covered — platform policies change without notice, and a category absent from this page is not automatically permitted.

“Restricted” does not mean impossible. Several of the categories above are permitted on some platforms, in some countries, with the right documentation. Whether we can supply an account for yours depends on:

• The advertising platform
• The account type
• The country you are targeting
• The content of your advertising
• Your landing page
• Any licence the category requires
• The supporting documents you can provide

Because those combine differently in every case, we do not publish a blanket yes or no. We give you an answer for your specific campaign.

Running a restricted or high-risk campaign without confirmation from us puts your advertising account at risk of suspension by the platform. Where that happens, our refund policy applies: reinstatement, replacement and refund are not guaranteed, because the decision belongs to the advertising platform and the account provider.

We may also decline to supply further accounts where advertising has been run in breach of this policy.

Separately from the restricted categories above, advertising accounts supplied by us may not be used for anything unlawful in the jurisdiction you are operating from or targeting. This is not a matter of platform policy and there is no approval route for it.

Raise a support ticket from your dashboard, or write to support@afads.tech. Include what you sell, the platform, the countries you want to target and your landing page — with those four things we can usually answer the same day rather than asking you to come back with more detail.

Advertising platforms revise their own restricted-category rules regularly, and this policy changes with them. The date at the top of this page changes when it does. A confirmation we have given you for a specific campaign stands unless we tell you otherwise.
